Candles are often associated with self care. Their calm flickering flame, the ability to fill a room with a lovely smell is perfect for helping many people wind down after a busy day. 

All of Layla and Archie Co's candles are hand poured and made with health in mind. This is why our candles are made with only soy wax and scent, no additives, dyes, paraffin wax or other nasties. All of our scents are IFRA certified, this means they have been tested by an international body to be safe for use in candles. Unlike essential oils that can be flammable and release volatile organic compounds known to cause respiratory issues and be toxic to our beloved pets. This is why we never use essential oils in our candles because self care should be healthy for you as well as your loved ones.
